  • We aim to make ordering from us as simple and straightforward as possible. Once your online transaction has been completed your order will be confirmed by email within 24 hours. 

    The goods will be prepared for delivery and shipped by Royal Mail Tracked Service or similar within 24 hours, with the exception of orders placed at the weekend which will be shipped the next working day. 

    Please allow 2-4 working days for delivery in the UK and 7-15 for international deliveries. 


    If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the specified time please contact us hello@orris.co.uk . 
    If for some reason your order cannot be met or delivered within the specified time, we will contact you immediately to make alternative arrangements.

    *Customers outside of the EU are responsible for all import duties and tax charges that may be applied by their local customs office on delivery to their country. Any Import duty or tax charges are out of our control and will be invoiced to you directly by the shipping carrier. If you are concerned about these charges, we recommend you contact your local customs authority prior to purchasing, in order to calculate the final landed price inclusive of all taxes. 

  • We will be happy to refund any items purchased at full retail price  and returned within 14 days of delivery, in their original condition, with all tickets and tags attached. All refunds exclude postage costs, as agreed in our terms, unless a mistake has been made by us. We can only refund to the card/payment method used for purchase and some credits can take several days to show in your account. Please refer to your card issuer’s terms & conditions for further info. 
    ORRIS LONDON will not assume any liability for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled by the courier.
